		<description>That is correct although some motions are tricky for the average knife user like making a paper thin cut of diakon by turning the radish into the blade with your exposed hand. Most are not that difficult.  they are time consuming and take a bit of patience.  They are also a lot of fun to see what you can come up with.  In the orient the melon carving is extremely ornate and that would take a bit of time and some tricks to learn. Take a few tools and some patience, you will be amazed at what you can design.</description>
