I too love French press coffee, but not the mess. I just try to brew stronger coffee in my regular coffee maker. A good grinder does do magic!

I love the taste of fresh coffee but am too lazy to make it from scratch! After reading this article I might just invest in a coffee grinder.

I have used a french press, and yes you do get a great tasting cup of coffee, but only one! It needs to be used up in one pouring or reheated in some other container. My biggest complaint about the Press is the mess! Somebody has to get the grounds out of the bottom. I much prefer a disposable filter. LOL

Along with a good grinder, remember the key is to start with good coffee beans and use a good coffee maker. I prefer an inexpensive French Press for best flavor.
