		<description>It is interesting how much we eat with our eyes.  That picture is taken on a buffet line which I stood behind for 15 years.  It was amazing as I was watching people go through the line, how they would avoid touching anything with the slightest imperfection.  In food-service good presentation is critical.</description>

Seriously though... I had no idea that so much went into the presentation. I guess it makes a whole lot of difference to how it is perceived to taste.
