I very much enjoyed this letter to dear old uncle Alfred (though I have to admit at first I thought it would be about Alfredo sauce!) His trip through the south of France sound not only beautiful, but also quite informative. I've seen the Laguiole knives before, it's fascinating to learn about their history.
Yes, the article flows very well and is fun to read; very personable! In fact I would love to hear more about Uncle Al's travels, I'm sure there are many places in the world he can visit that rich in interesting history! And if he can contiue to send back pictures so we can see a bit of the country side, that would be wonderful!
